The stay here was great, the staff were friendly and hospitable.

Centrally located hotel, near the Mall and Theatre as well as a very good restaurant. 15 minutes' walk to a multi-use indoor arena. The king room with great view, facilities worked for us.

the room is unique and the breakfast itself is hot and great. nice touch to have central heating, pay tv, tea and coffee making facilities.

Enjoyed our stay and would return, this place is a convenient spot to stay in the area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I cannot recommend it enough! The location was absolutely ideal, as it was within walking distance of downtown. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and they even upgraded me to the concierge level. The room itself was stunning, with a breathtaking view of the river and excellent shower facilities. I also appreciated the quietness of the room, ensuring a great night's sleep. The amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, an in-room safe, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel even had a spa and wellness center, which was perfect for relaxation. I had a fantastic experience here and I will definitely be staying again when I'm in the area.

Unbeatable and clean place, accommodating staff. Spotless unit with great view, drinks, as for instance. Centrally based in a good area. And close to Cavern. Wonderful overall experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, centrally situated with a short walk to shops, art galleries, theaters, and music venues. Our room had a comfortable bed and a pleasant view.

Impeccably clean accommodation, genuinely helpful and extremely helpful staff in a very prompt and solution-focused manner. Friendliness from the whole staff. Tea and coffee making facilities, a seating area, and a writing desk in the room and the comfy bed.

The room was recently renovated and had a coffee maker along with nice views of downtown.

Restaurant over priced and added a tip without asking. When asked they said we can remove it but felt bad at this point so paid it anyway. Bit cheeky!

Great bed and valet parking option. Evening parking guy very accommodating, called up to restaurant for reservation. Easy walking distance to downtown venue, with taxi stand outside. Upper floors offer great views. On-site parking garage available for $15 per day. Front desk warned of renovation noise but didn't affect sleep. Staff friendly and responsive. Later check-out time than most accommodations. Comfortable. Clean location.

I stay here often because it is right in the heart of downtown Edmonton, close to everything, and the restaurants and lounge on the ground level are excellent.

The hotel needs to step up it's game with Front Desk staff. They need to be far more courteous and there needs to be more of them. I have very little to complain about with the Chateau, but this one is one that just doesn't seem to be getting better.

Clean and formal hotel with an absolutely breathtaking view of downtown. Centrally located in the downtown area, really close to restaurants, Starbucks, and 7-Eleven. Excellent for visiting the Downtown Neighbourhood. The Chateau Lacombe Hotel in Edmonton is a tidy and elegant establishment offering stunning views of downtown. Its central location near various amenities makes it a convenient choice for visitors wanting to explore the Downtown Neighbourhood.

I stayed there while visiting a friend in town

The hallways, especially by the elevators are very noisy. I could hear every word that was said outside my room (across from the elevators. The walls in the hallways need to have sound absorbing wallpaper, fabric and/or ceiling tile installed to muffle the sound. Also there were several groups or teams of young teenagers in the hotel and they roamed the halls and partied in the rooms until 4am
