    Very good

The hotel is a short walk to Downtown and sir winston churchill square. The beds were comfy in our room. : )

  • 9.2
    Perfect

I stayed there while visiting a friend in town

The hallways, especially by the elevators are very noisy. I could hear every word that was said outside my room (across from the elevators. The walls in the hallways need to have sound absorbing wallpaper, fabric and/or ceiling tile installed to muffle the sound. Also there were several groups or teams of young teenagers in the hotel and they roamed the halls and partied in the rooms until 4am

    Very good

I stay here often because it is right in the heart of downtown Edmonton, close to everything, and the restaurants and lounge on the ground level are excellent.

The hotel needs to step up it's game with Front Desk staff. They need to be far more courteous and there needs to be more of them. I have very little to complain about with the Chateau, but this one is one that just doesn't seem to be getting better.

    Fee for parking too expensive

Great location Comfy bed Staff pleasant

Restaurant over priced and added a tip without asking. When asked they said we can remove it but felt bad at this point so paid it anyway. Bit cheeky!

    Very good

The facility was upkept with beautiful riverviews. Live band downstairs was nice. Walking distance from major attractions. Concierge lounge was pleasent

Showers were dirty, when asked for it to be cleaned I was told nothing we can do its probably a stain. Unexpected 18$/night parking fee never signed on or told about was upsetting. Had to ask for robes and towels. Fridge was not stocked.

    Great

Worst stuff members very rude and unwelcoming I do not want to profile but one of your stuff (Asian) flipino possibly she was very rude for no reason people who work in lobby should be welcoming not greet people with anger

Stuff member very rude I don't expect this kind of experience from big name hotel !!!!!

    Love the comfortable beds

Lost my booking, but I was still able to get a room.

  • 9.6
    Perfect

We were upgraded to a junior sweet, beautiful views of the river valley, excellent friendly staff, excellent breakfast- so impressed with the entire experience.

Only thing that would have been nice was a pool - but we knew going in that there wasn't one- so it wasn't an issue at all.

  • 7.0
    Very good

Room was nice. We were placed on the 20th floor and received free comp breakfast and concierge service. The room was clean and mondernized.

the parking lot is terrible. It's very small and crammed. The entrance way doesn't make sense from the Main Street. My room walls had huge chunks of paint missing. Not very well unkept by maintenance. I asked for extra coffee to be brought up and never received the coffee. I had to go find coffee on my own. There was no pool, which I swear I thought it had been advertised on the site and parking wasn't included which I thought it was. Other than that, it was okay. I don't think I'd go back, there wasn't much to do in the area l, and it's really not my style of hotel. Also wasn't notified of my perks while staying on the VIP floor.

  • 9.2
    Perfect

    Consierge floor

River view room had a view of the downtown instead

  • 8.2
    Great

Nice staff, price was good. Bed comfy

We did not like that it was VERY HOT . Air Conditioner was on and window was on. Heat turned down. $18 for parking no vending machines no where to eat for reasonable price little store was closed no fridge in rooms room felt dirt.
